At Wekynd, we strive to ensure you love every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

All original tags and packaging must be intact.

Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.
2. Non - Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Items purchased during sale or clearance

Customized or personalized products
-
Gift cards
-
Items damaged due to misuse
3. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for size issues or damaged/defective products.

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange is subject to stock availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:

A damaged item

A defective product

The wrong item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Order number
-
Clear photos of the product
-
Unboxing video (if applicable)
We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we will cover return shipping.

For size exchanges or customer-initiated returns, return shipping charges may apply.
