Refund policy

At Wekynd, we strive to ensure you love every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

2. Non - Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size issues or damaged/defective products.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • The wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Unboxing video (if applicable)

We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we will cover return shipping.

  • For size exchanges or customer-initiated returns, return shipping charges may apply.
